Shipping and Delivery
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time within India is 2 to 5 days. Delivery time may differ depending on the location of delivery.
Is there any shipping fee?
Shipping within India is free.
For rest of the world, we charge $20 for delivery.
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally. From PAN India to other international countries.
Can I ask for express shipping?
No need, all our orders are shipped via air.
Which shipping company do you ship from?
We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Fedex, Dtdc, Dhl, Bluedart etc for shipping the product.
Returns and Exchanges
What are your returns and exchange policies?
We do not provide any returns for item. Exchanges are eligible ONE time, the shipping charges shall be paid by customer.
How much is the exchange shipping fee?
No, we offer time exchange.
What do I do if my jewellery is defective or I recieved a wrong product?
First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to support@blackmambajewellery.com. Our Customer Support Team will be happy to help resolve it!
What is the exchange process?
Send us an email at support@blackmambajewellery.com, requesting your exchange label.
Don’t forget to include the following:
- The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)
- The address where the jewellery will be shipped from
- The email address associated with your Black Mamba account.
- Please exclusively mention the reason for the exchange.
- In case of a damaged product, please provide a picture as well.

How do I make payments for my order?
You can make payments on Black Mamba through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Cash on delivery.
